FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

- Rates are the same for everyone regardless of whether you have an account, no

  account, are our biggest client, or our smallest.

- There is no monthly minimum requirement.

- Accounts are billed twice monthly.

- American Express, Mastercard, and VISA payments are accepted.

- Messengers will not pickup any package without a label.

- State the size of the item to be delivered when placing your order.

- Someone is available to take your call 24 hours a day 7 days a week

- Online orders can only be placed Monday - Friday, 8AM - 11PM.  Outside of those

  hours please call your order in.  Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday deliveries can be

  arranged.

- Mobile Messenger Service has been owned and operated by the same family

  since 1971.

- Mobile is not affiliated with any other messenger service.
